As part of AMB330 Digital Portfolio, I undertook a Digital Audit on The Lady Musgrave Trust's digital offerings. The audit:

Reviewed, analysed and evaluated the current digital offerings

Detailed a product, competition, and target audience analysis

Uncovered a key consumer insight

Made recommendations to improve digital offerings and the path-to-donation
Mark received: High Distinction (7), 100% Overall

I also created an SEM strategy and a community management plan achieving 97% and 100% respectively. These can be downloaded and viewed below.
Overall, I achieved 99% for the entire unit.
