STRATEGIC MARKETING

As part of AMB359 Strategic Marketing, I developed a professional Strategic Marketing Report covering the current market environment, strategic objectives and plan for a strategic path for the client, Lightweave.
The initial client brief detailed how Lightweave wanted to achieve growth by:
1) Maintaining current Australian market share,
2) Grow Australian market share by expanding in SMEs,
3) Grow Globally by entering international markets
 
In my team, AACE Marketing, we evaluated the market and created a tangible approach to the brief underpinned by a plausible strategy that aligned with Lightweave's product, brand and desired growth. 
 
We developed a strategic marketing report as well as a digital pitch.

Mark received: High Distinction (7), 94% Overall
As a result of our outstanding work, our team was chosen as one of four to present their findings to Lightweave.
